Another awesome giveaway! A Visa $100 Giftcard from CCM!

I adore CCM for all their giveaways... but this might be my (second) favorite one since they started their huge summer giveaway season!

Still a little sad I didnt win the mamaRoo... Lord knows I've given it my best and entered EVERY.SINGLE.GIVEAWAY possible... I'd think the odds would have to be with me at some point, y'know???

Learning, sharing and scoring!

Welcome all to my new blog...

Since we all seem to agree that time goes by too fast, and we can't be everywhere and see everyone we want to, I'm going to meld a couple themes together here.

First, I'll be documenting Nate's life as he grows and accomplishes things, because I just can't help but share all of the fun (and not so fun, but-worth-it-anyway) moments. Along with those tales, I'll also be reviewing - and welcoming the opinions of others - on various gear, toys and other fun stuff that are part of children's and babies' lives.

I'd also like to take a page from MamaCheaps and the mass of other bloggers who have shown many of us how to score some great deals and freebies. I don't consider myself to be a super-couponer, but I'm definitely into looking for handy deals on stuff we all use.

I'll also be learning how to do and about things along the way... hopefully you can join me and we can teach each other some new lessons! I come from a family that does things themselves (my mom is a fabulous inspiration) and its time for me to acquire and/or hone some of those fun skills - cooking, painting, home maintenance, remodeling, sewing.. all that stuff which will help me keep to a (very lean) budget.
